Account & Subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device settings:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > SpoolVault
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you'll automatically transition to the Free tier.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it by:
- Opening the SpoolVault app
- Going to Settings
- Tapping "Restore Purchases"
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
All of your data is preserved when you cancel. You'll continue to have access to view and edit all existing filaments, printers, and print logs. However, Free tier limits will apply (e.g., you cannot add more than 10 filament spools or add new printers).
Data & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from the app:
- Open the SpoolVault app
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation prompts
Your data will be deleted from our production systems immediately upon account deletion confirmation.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can request a manual export of your data (in CSV or JSON format) by emailing us at support@three19.com.au. We're working on adding an in-app export feature in a future update.
App Features
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free Tier: Up to 10 filament spools, cannot add new printers (but can edit existing), unlimited print logs, limited weight history (last 3 entries visible).
Premium Tier: Unlimited filament spools, unlimited printers, unlimited print logs, full weight history access, all features unlocked.
Do I get a free trial?
Yes! New users receive a 14-day free trial of Premium features starting on first signup. The trial is completely free and does not require payment. You can subscribe to Premium at any time during or after the trial.
